Jen Partin is the Senior Marketing Manager, Email & SMS for Hickory Farms. She has grown the email and SMS program over the last 2 years by optimizing content and conversion and developing strong relationships with her email partners. She continues to engage customers in a year-round gifting program by promoting specially curated gifts developed for all occasions. She is passionate about email planning, testing, deliverability and customer experience. Jen brings over 16 years of email experience working in diverse industries including financial services (Discover Card), entertainment (Redbox), cookware (Pampered Chef) and now in the gifting space at Hickory Farms. Jen holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from DePaul University and currently resides in the suburbs of Chicago.
