Jeffrey is a senior executive at Macy’s, Inc., based in New York City. Jeffrey has over 17 years of experience where he’s held roles across Operations, Digital, Finance, Merchandising, Supply chain, and Strategy. The through line of his career has been leading large scale transformational efforts across retail operations and corporate finance over the various stops of his journey with Macy’s. He’s accomplished that through a heavy emphasis on data led decision making and an empathetic approach to change management.

Jeffrey is passionate about leading and developing high performing teams through inspiration and empowerment. He’s known for always driving strong results in the various teams he’s led. Jeffrey’s somewhat non-traditional retail background, coupled with his ability to understand consumer trends, has allowed him to consistently develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience and drive incremental revenue in a profitable way.

Jeffrey graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Political Science. He’s received additional certifications in Change Management from Colombia Business School and the Harvard Business School.
