Jeana has nearly 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience across multiple industries including retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Arc XP, Garms served as Director of Marketing for SG360°, a direct marketing firm, and as the Vice President of Marketing for Follett Higher Education Group, where she oversaw B2C marketing for 1,200 collegiate retail stores and websites.
