Prior to Klaviyo, Jamie served as CMO at GoTo (formerly LogMeIn), where she led a comprehensive rebranding effort. At Salesforce, Jamie spent over a decade in senior leadership roles, where she was instrumental in reshaping the company’s customer success strategy, launching the "Success as a Service" model, and building the Customer Success Cloud, which enhanced global customer engagement and retention.
