Ilyse Kaplan

President & COO Feather

Ilyse Kaplan is the President and COO of Feather, where she leads the Logistics, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Success, and People teams. She joined Feather in October 2018 to build the company’s competencies in FP&A, capital markets, accounting and compliance. She was instrumental in the Company’s Series B fundraise as well as securing a $30M debt vehicle. Prior to joining Feather, Ilyse ran her own consulting practice, focusing on strategy, finance, and operations for early stage startups. Earlier in her career, Ilyse was a founding member at Birch Run Capital where she was an investor and advisor to companies in sectors ranging from manufacturing to retail.
