Heather Craig began her career in retail at the age of 15 with a part-time job as a stock coordinator at a children’s store located in Tustin, CA.  But it wasn’t until Heather was in college at the California State University of Long Beach, studying for her degree in Fine Arts; Painting and Drawing; where she started as a salesperson at Nordstrom in Orange County, CA that she became addicted to retail.

After moving to Seattle in 2006, Heather took a role at the Tommy Bahama Global Headquarters where she led the strategy and re-development of the women’s business for the retail division.  Through her six years; she played a significant role in the improvement of the business, the product line, the distribution, and the in-store experience.  In early 2012, she relocated back to California, where she accepted a role as the Head of Merchandising for The North Face Global Headquarters.  In her five years there, she was promoted numerous times across stores and e-commerce holding the positions of Senior Director of Merchandising for Ecommerce and lastly as the Senior Director of Merchandising for Stores and E-commerce.
