Heather Blachowski is the Director of Digital Content & Operations for Kohl's.  She oversees Omnichannel Digital Content Production, Offers Execution, and Site Operations.  Heather joined Kohl's in 1999, and has also had experience in the Merchant Organization, with Digital Item Production, and with Pricing Operations.  Heather's leadership philosophy is to support Kohl's Purpose & Values: To inspire and empower families to lead fulfilled lives through putting customers first, acting with integrity, building great teams, and driving results.
