Harsh is currently responsible for driving vision, strategy and execution for the Buyer Experience online ecommerce organization, including Product, Engineering, Digital Tools & Operations functions. Prior to this role, Harsh led the Product Management organization for Dell.com.
In previous roles, Harsh managed Dell's Cart & Checkout experience as a Principal Product Manager, where he contributed to delivering Dell's first Cloud Marketplace, expansion of PayPal into EMEA and APJ regions, and the launch of bitcoin as a payment option, making Dell the world's largest eCommerce website to accept bitcoin. He also drove Product strategy for B2B shopping experience and Search experience early in his Product Management career at Dell.
He regularly speaks at eTail, SXSW and Mobile Shopping conferences and mentors startups and product management leaders on the future of global e-Commerce landscape.
