Haley joined Crocs, Inc in 2011 as the Global Manager of User Experience to direct the domestic and international eCommerce user experience strategies for the Crocs global desktop, mobile and tablet online properties.
In addition to driving Crocs’ global UX initiatives, Haley is also responsible for innovating the optimization and personalization strategy for the business. She has ingrained these principals into the site design, her selection of vendor-partners, and her approach to the structure and processes of the projects she oversees.
In 2012 she was tasked with leading the global Redesign of the crocs.com. This included defining the user-requirements that would re-imagine every element of the customer's interaction with the website that was then localized in 18 different countries.
Prior to Crocs, Haley spent the previous 8 years leading UX teams at advertising agencies in the Denver area. Her past achievements include award-winning websites for clients such as Audi of America, Brine, Oakley, Paramount Pictures, Screen Actors Guild, and Universal Pictures.
