Gopi Polavarapu, Senior Vice President & GM at Kore.ai, is working with customers in Retail (all shopping), Food Services, Travel, and Hospitality industries to transform CX and EX leveraging Conversational AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

Prior to joining Kore.ai, Gopi held various product leadership roles at Zebra Technologies, working with customers in the retail, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics sectors to transform and automate workflows leveraging Zebra mobile scanners, Mobility DNA, Work Force Connect, Analytics platform, conversational artificial intelligence, task management, and workforce management solutions.

In the past, Gopi worked in Wireless cellular, Satellite, and Internet of Things (IoT), solving connectivity challenges across the globe, from Oil rigs to Cruise line ships. He has been an active participant in IEEE, GSM-A and CDG to drive standards in the wireless cellular and IoT industry.

Gopi has an MBA from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Telecommunication from New York University.
