Genna Zimmer grew up in her family’s business, REEDS Jewelers, which has expanded from one brick-and-mortar location to nearly 70 stores with a strong eCommerce presence (REEDS.com).  While Genna spent some time gaining experience outside of her family’s business, she joined REEDS full-time three years ago to help orchestrate their largest enterprise changes in the eCommerce and IT space.  She has spent most of her time managing a major eCommerce re-platform, while also being heavily involved in REEDS’ digital marketing efforts.  In addition to leading change on the eCommerce side, she also brings a fresh perspective on how to attract the millennial customer and employee to a 72 year old company.
