Erik Fialho is an innovative ecommerce entrepreneur.  He has successfully managed every facet of ecommerce operations from fulfillment and logistics, to customer service, marketing, design, and technology.  He has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and small start-ups where his primary focus has been to increase efficiencies and build customer loyalty.  As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at LeftLane Sports, Erik is focused on building world-class customer experiences.  As a result, Erik has propelled LeftLane Sports into one of the fastest growing ecommerce companies in the U.S. with over 14 million members.

Erik attended Santa Clara University and the London School of Economics where he earned degrees in Economics and Management.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University and was ranked #1 in the Leavey School of Business. Erik was the youngest recipient ever of the prestigious “Top 40 Under 40” award presented by the Pacific Coast Business Times for his achievements in business and support to the community. He is a frequent guest speaker at university classes and industry forums, and he has been frequently interviewed as an authority in ecommerce. When he's not in the office, Erik can be found hiking local peaks, running and cycling with friends, or skiing his favorite slopes in Lake Tahoe.
