Marketing Director Lamps Plus

Dustin joined Lamps Plus in 2008 to help optimize and grow paid search. He has since worked in numerous eCommerce and media related roles at Lamps Plus on his way to becoming Marketing Director. Dustin currently oversees all digital media, paid media (acquisition and retention), creative development, social media, product recommendations, CRM, database analysis, predictive analytics and oversees the review of new marketing technologies. He is passionate about the single customer view and omni-channel customer experience, leveraging technology to automate and streamline processes to continually develop efficient processes and performance campaigns while providing increasing value to the customer. He is a California State University alumni with a B.S. in Marketing & Economics and holds additional certifications in Python, SQL, Data Literacy, Storytelling with Data & Virtual Management. Dustin has a 9-year-old child and enjoys traveling, photography, and keeping up with new tech in his free time
