Don Pillsbury began his career in the agency world, building and leading teams to support brands like Yahoo and Visa in the activation of their global sports and entertainment sponsorships. He spent 8 years at GMR Marketing (Omnicom agency) managing the pyramid of Visa Olympic partnerships from the top (the International Olympic Committee) to the base (U.S. Ski & Snowboard, U.S. Track and Field, etc.). In 2012, Don joined American Giant (manufacturer of the "Greatest hoodie ever made") to run sales & marketing, with a focus on developing and stewarding their rapidly growing customer base. After 5 years, Don moved over to Rothy's as the Head of Retention to develop the Rothy's customer base during a period of explosive company growth. Don holds a BA from Yale University and and MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
