Chai is currently at Tailored Brands, shaping the strategic technical direction of the company and transforming technology for the next generation retail - the world of connected commerce. 

 While at Walmart Labs, Chai have led the Walmart’s first Hack Day, which laid the foundation for innovation thinking. Before joining Tailored Brands, Chai had led the effort to build the eCommerce platform for Levis and built the Digital team ground up. Currently working on establishing the lean development practices and teams for the organization to transform the delivery model with a focus on experimentation and customer testing that will bring a huge impact to the ROI for projects.
