Bill Ryan

Bill Ryan joined PetSmart in December 2015 and has responsibility over the intersection of customer experience and digital technology. Before joining PetSmart, he oversaw eCommerce merchandising, product management, Operations, and commerce technology for Free People (URBN group). He also spent his early-career as a web developer.

Bill earned his Bachelors Degree in Finance and Marketing from The George Washington University and his MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Mangement of Information Systems from Villanova University. He and his family are pet parents to Reggie, a Jack Russell mix they adopted at a PetSmart store event.
