VP, Operations Balsam Brands

As Vice President of Operations for Balsam Brands, Bernie is responsible for the Customer Success teams (US & Philippines) and the domestic warehouse network.  He is focused on providing customers a great experience, finding solutions for Balsam’s seasonal needs, and making the perfect PB & Honey sandwich (it’s all about the ratios).  After escaping Alaska as a teenager (think Shawshank), he enjoys spending time doing anything that doesn’t require a coat.
