Arushi is building a new economy for apparel as the Director of Product at Caastle Inc. one of Fast Company’s most innovative companies in retail. 

At Caaslte, Arushi leads end to end digital experience of the apparel rental subscription services built in partnership with Caastle and is focused on continuously elevating consumer experience. 

Prior to joining Caastle, she founded a tech-fashion company simplifying the fashion accessories discovery and shopping experience through an unlimited access subscription service and has since found her passion in revolutionizing retail and customer shopping experience . She has also led key product initiatives at Microsoft and Walmart - building digital products specialized in Subscription Commerce, Personalization & Retail and building effective product teams to help achieve it.
