As an “all-around athlete” who connects the dots that unlock new ideas for growth, she consistently delivers outcomes that drive the next level of market performance and customer satisfaction while bringing out the best in cross-functional teams.

Most recently, Andrea was the EVP & Chief Commercial Officer at European Wax Center, a publicly-traded franchisor of beauty services and products for men and women. Among her team’s accomplishments were turning around a multi-year decline in new guest acquisition and growing new center sales 20% YoY. Previously, she established herself as a leader in the retail and digital consumer sector traversing financial services, telecom, media, fashion, and beauty.

At Yahoo, Andrea’s global, cross-functional team introduced new e-commerce and advertising revenue streams. For the Verizon retail business, in addition to driving overall revenues, Andrea and her teams launched an entirely new store concept, “Verizon Express,” that leverages technology in driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Earlier, Andrea served in progressively senior strategy, merchant, and GM roles at Nordstrom, was the CEO of Sole Society, and owned P&Ls as the SVP & GM of Digital at Hudson’s Bay and Lord & Taylor.

Andrea earned an MBA with honors from Columbia and a BA in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell. She’s an active Forbes Contributor covering e-commerce, marketing, and retail experience and has been a frequent event speaker and podcast guest on topics including organizational leadership, digital transformation, and corporate intrapreneurship. Through her LLC, Captain Customer, Andrea delivers go-to-market workshops to the sales and marketing teams at tech companies, and runs The Executive Express on Instagram and TikTok, where she provides career advice to aspiring corporate executives.
