An experienced product leader and mobile enthusiast, James has been the visionary responsible for delivering some of the best mobile experiences across e-commerce, resulting in top rated apps across the Apple App Store and Google Play.  

Previous to his role at eBay, James served as the Head of Mobile at JCPenney where he was focused on the Omnichannel customer, and creating a seamless connection between the digital and physical worlds using mobile.
