Frederick has 15 years of experience building successful, large scale ecommerce companies. He played key roles in the startup, growth and acquisitions of both Bizrate/Shopzilla and NewCars.com. He built Dermstore from scratch and led it through the acquisition and integration with Intelligent Beauty and then through a second acquisition by Target Corp. He currently helps Dermstore and Target find the middle ground between nimble startup and Fortune 50 corporation.
