Belisa Mandarano is a 10yr employee of Gap, Inc. where she has led Web Production teams on OldNavy.com, BananaRepublic.com and is currently a Senior Manager of IT overseeing Service Level Management supporting IT Operations.  Her current role focuses on business analytics to improve processes, working cross-functionally between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on platform deliverables for eCommerce, Logistics and Stores.

Belisa’s time away from work includes travelling with her family, photography and serving as the VP of Technology on the board of Francis Scott Key Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association.
