Beginning her career when internet shopping was done in catalogs, Tricia brings decades of experience and stories. Today she runs shared services supporting Email and SMS for 7 international Beauty brands, but previously she’s worked with agencies supporting large CPG brands as well as E-Commerce brands all over the world. She’s worked with most of the large Email Providers and has cleaned up her share of lists and deliverability issues. Tricia passionately loves e-mail, often touting that she’s never unsubscribed from a marketing email program. She fascinated with the honor (and responsibility) that digital marketers have to be invited into people’s homes with the express purpose of selling them something. Not to mention the sheer of proving that e-mail isn’t dead.
