Tom Mackel is a co-founder of Luxmo, the president of Engage Marketing, and is a direct marketing innovator. Tom grew up in a family of retail developers and at a young age assisted with customer service, leasing presentations and building out negotiations for various retail projects. Later, he also exhibited a talent for reviving previously stalled retail operations. After founding and selling several successful businesses, soon dozens of companies began pursuing Tom's marketing talents. In 1996, Tom formed a marketing business that would become Engage Marketing, providing data and fulfillment services for retailers and financial services. 

Tom presents regularly to technology and industry at the request of the US Postal Service, educational institutions, and a variety of organizations. He is an industry representative for the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee, which meets with postal leadership regularly.
