Spencer is a technology leader with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in B2B SaaS organizations. Spencer currently serves as Nacelle’s Vice President of Customer Experience where he leads a multidisciplinary team made up of CSMs, Customer Success Engineers, and Solutions Architects. Prior to his time at Nacelle, he founded Switchboard Technologies, a technology-enabled agency focused on custom integration delivery for order management and reverse logistics SaaS providers. Spencer has extensive experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) from his time leading the Solutions Architect team at Optimizely. He resides in Sacramento, California with his wife Holly and children Sophia and Spencer Jr.
