Senior IT Business Partner Hunter Douglas

After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, Scott began his career writing Java code for security components at Cincinnati Financial. In 2007, he transitioned to the agency world and started working on digital commerce implementations for major brands including Walgreens, CVS, Merrell, Kohls, Speck Products, Coldwater Creek, and Direct Buy. He’s also held executive level positions in the eCommerce Departments of Express and Things Remembered, where he expanded his role beyond technology and into the digital commerce strategy, operations, and merchandising fields. He has served as the lead on the Things Remembered and Ocean State Job Lot Oracle Cloud Commerce implementations, which are the two largest Oracle Cloud Commerce implementations to date. Scott had been working at Smith & Noble, where he served as the Director of eCommerce & Engineering, where site revenue grew by 67% in his first two years on the job. After Smith & Noble was acquired by Hunter Douglas, his responsibilities increased as he was promoted to a Senior IT Business Partner at Hunter Douglas, where he is assigned to the Levolor brand serving as their VP of IT & eCommerce.
