General Manager Billion Dollar Brows

Ruthie Kaplan is the General Manager of Billion Dollar Beauty, a CPG brand focusing on beauty and cosmetics. Ruthie implemented corporate strategy with a focus on the execution of the BDB brand’s ethos of addressing common problems the everyday consumer is faced with. Kaplan received a BA in Business from Whittier College with a concentration in Accounting and Management, along with a certification from the Harvard Business School’s executive leadership program. Throughout her tenure at BDB, Kaplan integrated the brand’s growth strategy through establishing various SOP’s into the company’s internal systems, implementing supply chain efficiencies by way of warehouse management both in-house and third party, and developing over 100+ products for the BDB lineup. While overseeing corporate operations, Ruthie secured distribution in brick and mortar, wholesale, marketplaces, and direct to consumer outlets. Kaplan was also instrumental in the expansion of the brand across four continents. At the forefront of launching on TikTok Shop, Kaplan led the BDB team as one of the first beauty brands accepted to the platform. She continues to lead the team as it grows through its influencer relations, content creation, livestreaming, and backend connectivity strategies.
