Noelle is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of thredUP, one of the largest online resale platforms for women’s and kids’ apparel, shoes, and accessories. Noelle oversees the company’s marketing and merchandising efforts with a keen focus on capturing the mindshare of younger generations. Prior to thredUP, Noelle served as CMO of online fashion retailer Lulus. She also held marketing leadership roles at MAC Cosmetics and co-founded Retold Recycling, a subscription-based textile recycling service. With more than a decade of marketing experience in the fashion and beauty industries and a personal passion for sustainability, Noelle is accelerating thredUP’s mission of inspiring a new generation of consumers to think secondhand first. Noelle has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IESE Business School, a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts in Film & Television Production from New York University.
