As Co-Founder and President, Noelle Hjelte has driven Kilne’s mission to empower home chefs to create magic in their own kitchen since the company’s launch in 2020. As a world-class communications professional with 15+ years of experience working with global brands, Noelle applies her marketing and communications expertise to raise brand awareness and secure and manage brand and retail partnerships for Kilne. Noelle takes a special passion in the company’s product launches, obsessing over product development, and making sure quality is pristine. In 2022 Noelle was one out of 20 women chosen to receive the title of Top Women in Retail across North America by the Women In Retail Leadership Circle. Noelle is deeply involved in the Canadian startup scene as an investor, board member, and mentor. In the media, Noelle’s work has been profiled in the Financial Post, the Globe and Mail, Food Network, and New York Post.
