Nicole has had a distinguished career across finance and entrepreneurship. Graduating from the University of York with a degree in math and economics, she spent 8 years with Morgan Stanley's Equity Research Group, focusing on the consumer sector. As her father was an entrepreneur, she felt drawn to return to a world of entrepreneurship. After deciding to pursue her MBA at Stanford, she met the team at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where she has spent the last 11 years. To date, she has worked with countless entrepreneurs and sits on the board of companies such as Calm, beehiiv, HausLabs and Goop.
