As senior vice president, omnichannel and ecommerce technology, Neelima Sharma is responsible for the digital customer experience, e-commerce platforms and omnichannel capabilities enabling shopping, home services and specialty selling. She leads customer technology, marketing technology, loyalty platforms and the technology supporting retail media, and her teams are responsible for developing AI-enabled and agentic solutions. She joined the company in 2017.
Neelima has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale technology organizations that drive business outcomes, enhance customer experience and growth, and modernize operations. Since joining Lowe’s, Neelima has led the transformation of our digital platforms to modern, cloud-enabled, AI-powered products. Before joining Lowe’s, she led B2B e-commerce technology for Staples and delivered enterprise-scale transformation initiatives at companies including JPMorgan Chase and Deloitte.
Neelima earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Delhi, India, and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Indore. She has been recognized as a top technology and retail industry leader by multiple institutions, including Retail Info Systems, Chain Store Age, C-Suite Assembly, HBS Dealer, Retail Today, the National Retail Federation, and The Millennium Alliance.
Neelima is on the customer advisory board for Google Cloud and volunteers as an adviser for early-stage technology startups in the mid-Atlantic region. She also serves on the board of Charlotte Center City Partners.
