Max is a seasoned analytics, operations, and business planning leader with more than a decade of expertise in transforming data into growth opportunities in various consumer marketing contexts. He is currently serving as the Director of Performance Marketing and Analytics for REI where he leads teams focused on marketing planning, campaign reporting, measurement, and attribution ensuring marketing investments are optimized to support the long-term health of the organization and our members. Prior to REI, Max was building Media Mix Models at Nielsen Marketing Analytics and before that spent time in operations analytics in the virtual education space; before it was cool!
