Lynn Petesch heads up Customer Success for Optimove’s North American operation. She leads all existing customer engagements and makes sure Optimove customers see value from day One. Lynn specializes in helping retail, gaming and e-commerce brands build emotionally intelligent and scalable relationship marketing strategies that focus on leveraging each brand’s core identity. Prior to joining Optimove Lynn has led other Customer Success teams in enterprise software companies for over 7 years. She holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
