Lisa Malleus is the Head of NA Ecommerce Digital Tech Capabilities for Mondelēz International, global snack food giant (former Kraft snacking division) and owner of such renown brands as OREO, Chips Ahoy!, Cadbury, Milka, Trident and many more. In her role, Lisa leads Ecommerce transformation and digital solutions for NA market by empowering strategy activation and defining digital/tech solutions for top line growth across pure-play and omni retailers as well as DTC and B2B Ecommerce. Lisa’s key focus is unifying marketplace strategy while bridging the gap between marketing, sales, operations, and technology for defined eCommerce excellence.

With 20 years dedicated to ecommerce and digital across a variety of industries including CPG, IoT Connected Home, industrial, and luxury giftware and retail tabletop, Lisa has cultivated a multi-disciplined approach to holistic ecommerce strategy. She has developed and launched DTC / B2C / B2B ecommerce sites and eBusiness channels at Mondelez, Philips Lighting / Philips Hue, World & Main, ColArt, Waterford Crystal and Wedgwood China. Applying the same ecommerce acumen, Lisa has developed a multi-channel approach, launching online retail programs at former companies to accelerate Amazon, mass retailers and marketplace presence.

Lisa has a BA in Business with a minor in marketing and computer science, and is currently pursuing her MBA from Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management and MS Communications from Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Communications. She is a small business owner with Malleus Marketing LLC, a consulting firm specializing in ecommerce strategy and digital marketing. Lisa is a board member with POI – Promotion Optimization Institute and a founding member of POI’s Ecommerce Business Leadership Council (EBLC). Lisa serves as marketing and tech advisor on the board of a local food pantry charity, and recently joined the Network of Executive Women, Greater Philadelphia region.
