Linda Metzkova is an Onboarding Principal within the Customer Experience organization at FullStory. She has a working knowledge of SaaS enterprise-level customers within Product, UX, and CX organizations. She has worked with many e-commerce organizations such Wayfair, Nordstrom, and Patagonia. Linda joined FullStory back in 2021 and is skilled in project and stakeholder management, software implementation, and process improvement. Linda currently lives in Santa Barbara, California with her fiance Ryan, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, and is an avid long-distance runner.
