Kat Guerrero is an experienced Product Manager at Uncommongoods, managing internal business products for Planning, Finance, Operations, and HR departments.  

Before moving to Uncommongoods, Kat started her career in the buying department at Bloomingdales.com where she learned the foundations of e-commerce and traditional retail.  Looking for a more analytical role, she then moved to Uncommongoods as a planner.  At Uncommongoods, she began taking on tech projects like automating the backorder management process for the site and adding new features to the vendor extranet such as invoicing capabilities. This led her to taking on Product Management as a main role. 

Recent initiatives that Kat and her team have led include re-integrating planning software to manage inventory across multiple warehouses, creating an inter-warehouse transfer order system, and workflow improvements for HR & Finance.  

Kat is a certified Scrum Master and earned her BS degree in Operations Research from Columbia University.
