VP, Digital Merchandising Sam's Club

Jordan leads Digital Merchandising and Operations at Sam’s Club. In this capacity, he serves a team of associates whose mission is to bring items to life digitally for Sam’s Club members. His team focuses on ensuring that Members can buy items the way they want through robust PDP creation, item discovery through search and browse and content excellence across the assortment. They also act as strategic partners for the Merchandising organization and play a critical role in the scoping and prioritization of technology development supporting eCommerce. Jordan has been with Sam’s Club for just over five years serving in both eCommerce and merchandising roles. Prior to his time at Sam’s Club, his work in retail spanned merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, and advertising.
