Jenelle Sheridan

Ms. Sheridan is an accomplished leader with nearly two decades of experience in Retail and eCommerce, both as an operator and as an advisor. She has a demonstrated track record of scaling brands (<$250M to $1Bn+), managing complex P&Ls (multi-division, geography, channel), and building high-performing teams. She recently founded Farvue Partners, a strategy consulting and advisory firm that partners with consumer and retail companies to drive outsized, sustainable growth. Prior to Farvue, she served on the leadership team at Athleta for nearly 10 years, running their Growth Business Unit. In this role, Ms. Sheridan led all aspects of new ventures including International, B2B/Wholesale, and new Divisions. Prior to joining Athleta, Ms. Sheridan worked as a management consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) within their Retail and Consumer Practice. At Strategy&, she led growth strategy engagements for large Retail, Consumer Tech, and CPG companies across product strategy & merchandising, marketing & sales, pricing, and e-commerce. Ms. Sheridan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma as well as a Bachelor of Science from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
