Jenelle Sheridan is an accomplished leader with nearly a decade of experience working in the Retail industry.  She is currently Head of Strategy & Customer Engagement for Athleta, a high-growth, San Francisco based women’s and girls’ activewear brand.  In this role, Ms. Sheridan leads teams across business strategy, consumer insights, CRM/analytics, and customer loyalty & payments.  

During her tenure at Athleta, the brand has grown significantly and is on track to reach $1Bn this year.  Ms. Sheridan has been responsible for leading a number of growth initiatives, including the October 2018 launch of Hill City, an online-focused Men’s activewear brand.  

Prior to joining Athleta, Ms. Sheridan worked as a management consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) within their Retail and Consumer Practice.  At Strategy&, she led growth strategy engagements for large Retail, Consumer Tech, and CPG companies across product strategy & merchandising, marketing & sales, pricing, and e-commerce.

Ms. Sheridan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma as well as a Bachelor of Science from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
