Jen has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and operating loyalty and personalized offers solutions, working with leading retailers such as Sobeys, Rexall, Lowe’s, Esso, Petro Canada, Harry Rosen and Today’s Shopping Choice. She has vast consulting, sales and account management experience, and is passionate about understanding loyalty best practices and leading-edge technology solutions that enable best-in-class, profitable loyalty and consumer engagement programs for her retail clients.
