Chief Customer Officer Alphonso

Mr. Mak spent the seven years prior to joining Alphonso at Rocket Fuel, where he served as senior vice president of business affairs and customer success, as well as a three-year stint as vice president of analytics. Before that he was senior vice president and global director of research and insight for Havas Digital. At Alphonso, he is responsible for post-sales services and support across the various business lines, including TV retargeting, Alphonso Insights, local initiatives, and data partnerships.
