Jamie Clapper is an accomplished senior leader in multi-channel marketing and sales with over 18 years of experience in eCommerce, buying, merchandising, and store retail, with a significant emphasis on eCommerce. She has a proven track record of expanding omnichannel footprints for organizations through effective eCommerce strategies that optimize the online shopping experience across multiple business categories, while maintaining financial and assortment growth. Jamie currently serves as Vice President of eCommerce at Oatey Co., a market-leading plumber manufacturer located in Cleveland. Based in Northeast Ohio, Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Product Development from The Ohio State University. Passionate about supporting women in leadership roles, she is an active member of the Women’s Retail Leadership Circle and Athena Akron.
