Diego de Castro is the Senior Director of Global Brand Strategy for Maui Jim Sunglasses and is responsible for overseeing the brand - overall marketing strategy, product management, media (digital and traditional), sponsorship and corporate communications efforts.
Diego started his career in Brazil and was transferred to the US in 2013; he joined Maui Jim in 2017, after several years and different roles with Essilor, there he was able to develop an extensive background on global brand management, international business development, product category management and key account sales.
Diego holds a BA in Marketing and an two MBAs – Management and Finance.
