With over 20 years in Digital, she has seen explosive growth and maturity in digital.  She is currently leading a team of 8 innovative and highly talented analytics professionals focusing on Personalization and Optimization. Her team focuses on telling stories with data. The team works on determining the root cause analysis for how customers and potential customers interact with the website and identifies areas of high impact and opportunity for testing and optimization. These insights are used to define strategies for series of A/B and multivariate and AI tests to improve site performance and sales.  Her team also provides readouts and recommendations on test results. She and her team are passionate about data, always curious and on a constant quest to learn more and understand “why”. Denise loves hiking, trail running and travel. She lives and works in Irvine, Ca.
