Bianca Inocencio is a data-driven product manager and innovative problem-solver, known for transforming complex challenges into growth opportunities. Whether leading the implementation of a global ERP system or launching a marketplace that boosts direct-to-consumer revenues, Bianca consistently raises the bar for excellence in product management. Currently the Global Technology and Digital Product Lead for larroude.com—recently awarded Brand of The Year by Footwear News—Bianca built the company’s technology ecosystem from the ground up. Her current mission is to grow and expand Larroudé's loyalty program across the United States and beyond. With international experience spanning Italy, Brazil, and the United States, and a degree in Economic Sciences from Bocconi University, Bianca brings a multicultural perspective and relentless curiosity to crafting impactful products. She is also a ceramist in her free time.
