In 2009, former engineer Audrey McLoghlin founded cult luxury brand Frank & Eileen. Borrowing her grandparents’ names, Audrey rooted the brand in her Irish heritage and sourced traditional men's shirting fabrics from the finest family-owned mill in Italy to redefine women’s shirting. Using otherworldly textiles previously reserved for men, Audrey created the iconic “Barry” silhouette, dubbed “The Best Shirt. Ever.” Frank & Eileen quickly became a favorite with cultural icons such as Meghan Markle, Angelina Jolie and Oprah Winfrey, and is now a global omnichannel retail brand. In March of 2019, Audrey launched her second retail brand, Grayson, with a hybrid direct-to-consumer and wholesale go-to-market strategy. 

Frank & Eileen was named the top men’s and women’s brand in Japan by the country’s leading fashion trade publication, and Audrey received the 2015 Fashion Group International Rising Star award. She is a four-time entrepreneur who owns 100 percent of her companies.
