Senior Director, Product Management, Personalization & Search Target

Andy Cerio is the Senior Director of Product Management at Target leading the Search, Personalization, and Voice product practices, based out of Minneapolis, MN.  Andy’s teams focus on two things; one, providing the Guest what they are looking for and two, enabling them to have success on their own terms,  every time they visit Target.  Today, his teams handle millions of Guests and searches per week on Target’s digital experiences and in their 1800 stores across the U.S. 

Having started his career in software engineering, Andy is a builder at heart and, as a leader in product management, has played a variety of roles in Target’s agile transformation over the last 6 years.  Throughout the transformation, Andy has focused on building small, empowered teams, delivering value to the customer from the back office to digital experiences, with the motto of: Bring your skills, not your title; empowering the people closest to solving the customer’s problems.
