She previously held leadership positions at Harbor Freight Tools, Cheetah Digital, and Office Depot. Since joining Paper Mart in 2015, the company has gained exposure on the Today Show, NBC's Making It, Vogue Business, Wall Street Journal, and was named the #1 Most Trusted Site to Shop by Brightpearl. Allison is a member of Women in Retail Leadership and regularly speaks at industry events including Etail, PubCon, Consero’s CMO Forum, and the Roth Conference. She is on the CMO Advisory Board for Consero.
