AJ Patel is a seasoned leader in the beauty industry and currently serves as the VP of Global Growth at U Beauty, a role they’ve held since 2022. U Beauty has been one of the fastest-growing luxury skincare brands and recognized itself as a leader in the DTC skincare space.

Before this, AJ was the Global Head of E-Commerce for a brand in the Unilever Prestige portfolio. AJ also held key roles in analytics at Unilever Prestige for several years. AJ earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Drucker School of Management.
