How can I access event information while onsite?

The event app will be available to registered attendees only and will be available to access no later than Friday, February 21st. An email will be sent out to all registered attendees with information on how to download and access the app. The app will have the most up to date agenda, conference map, speaker and sponsor bios, and a message board for attendees for attendees to interact. If you have any questions or need assistance while onsite, feel free to reach out to us or visit our Help Desk – eTailAppSupport@wbresearch.com

When and how will the presentations be shared?

Approved presentations will be available for download in PDF format on our website within two weeks after the event. An email announcement will be sent out to all registered attendees with the presentations link and login information.

Are the meals included in the registration fee?

Yes, breakfast, lunch and refreshments during breaks are included in the registration fee. Check the agenda for times. Kosher meals will also be available, and if you have severe allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please visit the Help Desk onsite.

Is accommodation included in the registration fee?

The cost of hotel accommodations and travel is not included in the registration fee. eTail has secured discounted room rates at the conference venue and two nearby hotels. Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the conference venue, Monday - Thursday. Hotels will begin accepting reservations beginning Monday, Oct 28th. Current registered retailers, speakers, and sponsors will receive an email with instructions on how to book. Please reach out to our customer service team if you don’t receive the link to the room block registration – wbrCS@wbresearch.com

How can I get to the venue?

For specific details about the hotel (i.e. closest airport, parking, transportation to and from the hotel), we recommend you check the hotel website here. Please reach out to our customer service team for more information or assistance.

Can I register for a summit at the conference venue?

We recommend registering for summits at the time of registration as space may be limited. Registration for summits is on a first come, first served basis and is open to retailers only.

How many attendees will be at my conference?

eTail is anticipating 2500 registrations.  Accessing our event app prior to the start of the event will allow you to plan your time at the conference. There is a message function on the app that will allow you to connect with other attendees.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code at the conference is business casual. Speakers usually come in business attire.

What communication can I expect prior to the event and after?

After registration, we may reach out to you to confirm your registration for a summit, invite you to retailer only functions or provide information on securing hotel reservations at any of the hotels we offer discounted rates. After the event, you will receive an email about downloading the presentations from our website.
