In 2017, the Ritz-Carlton found itself at a crossroads with its digital presence and thus did a complete reimaging of This comprehensive overhaul of the site redesigned, redeveloped and re-launched a 30,000 page, 18,000 image website in 8 languages. Omnichannel Retailer Leader

Go beyond eCommerce. Jerome’s Furniture walked away with the award for their omni strategy - they launched a multitude of unique successful programs to really bridge the website and in store experience. What made it truly unique was being the first furniture retailer to deploy an augmented reality solution that allowed customers to visualize furniture in their homes. Super cool, right? Winning with email. Our 2017 winner Sephora customized email content based on the time and place the email was opened. By matching the location to local weather forecasts, Sephora was able to promote products that matched up with the customer's history and their immediate needs, getting amazing results. Get customers on the go. Pep Boys’ provided a more customized mobile shopping experience and streamlined the checkout flow in order to substantially increase conversion in 2017 – and they also brought home the first place prize in this category last year. Top Influential Social Media Campaign

The winner of this category in 2017 was Carved! As a relatively unknown mobile accessories company, Carved pursued a social media strategy for the launch of a new line of wood mobile phone cases, and also bolstered brand love. Best Search Engine Optimizer!

Become the king of search optimization. Burger King took home our top search prize in 2017 as their awesome results yielded a $348,838 increase in monthly revenue. Are you blowing your search results in SEO or SEM out of the water? You could be a winner in 2018.

Retail Innovator of the Year

Innovation through access. In 2017, SAFEWAY made the eCommerce experience fully accessible following WCAG 2.0 AA Guidelines. They are the only grocery delivery service that is currently fully accessible, and they partnered with the AFB (American Foundation for the Blind) to identify all areas that were not following the guidelines.
